We already have a confirmation that LG G5 will be announced this month and will have a secondary display. Today, thanks to Evan Blass (@evleaks) we have another news about the LG G5 having a secondary ticker display. This shouldn't come as a surprise because the LG V10 is already using a secondary ticker display and the X series will be having it too.

Blass tweeted that he finally got the chance to see the the LG G5 and he can confirm that the phone will be having the said display. Check out his tweet below:

That being said, the LG G5 will be officially revealed a day before Mobile World Congress that will be taking place on 22nd February, later this month. Surprisingly, Samsung will also reveal the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on the same day; the phones which we have already seen a glimpse of. This is going to be an interesting ride.

Let us know what you think about LG's decision of adding an always on display as well as a secondary ticker display on the LG G5 in the comments below.
